Woman Pushed On Trucks In NY Subway

There is simple solution to this problem. Before the train enter the station it comes to a complete stop and then moves forward at 2 MPH. Of course the driver of the train needs to get off her cell phone and look to see if there is anyone laying on the tracks. I guess the Union would be against this simple solution.
