He's acting like he didnt know that would happen. They should have a safety course in china letting them know what to do when they run someone over

For once a Chinese responds with some empathy. Nice to see. To be sure though I would like to see him having the same accident while driving his own vehicle and not an excavator, and see if he didn't check the damage on his car first. Only then will I believe he is a real human being and not your typical Chinese mofo.
