And a Drive - Off - Cheeky bastard!
I was driving across the country once and stopped to fill up at a gas station in rural Missouri. Some banjo-plucker in a pickup came screeching in at 20 mph, jumped out, started to fill up, took a step back, and lit up a cigarette.
Missouri is very definitely a southern state.
