I have done this IRL (in my line of work), that small hang in the middle thats left is the hypophysis. I can do it, but i puke from smell, so i have to swallow my puke, then repuke, then swallow, and repuke, ... and dont show it to anyone. Fortunately i have another job now. That smell is so much more for a sensitive nose ... it makes you humble.
