This is a video gone viral on social media depicting a man assaulting several spa employees at the Springfield Mall in Massachusetts. The assaulter claims his mother was mistreated by staff but witnesses there say the mother was being obnoxious to the staff and they demanded she leaves. That's when she got her son involved, lying to him about the situation. The man punched and kicked at least 2 employees as well as damaging equipment. No word on if the man was arrested. Show more
