A second inmate, who is guiding a third inmate shooting the cellphone video, said that the victim was shot and “left” in the jail. The victim, who had a pool of blood developing in the jail, was unresponsive. The shooting comes nearly two hours after Oklahoma County officials confirmed a corrections officer was taken hostage on the 10th floor on Saturday afternoon.
