I practice taekwondo. the main objective is to dodge the attack but you can block it if you want to (for instance in this case the red guy could've used the "hansonal montong maki" technique)
In taekwondo you have the poonsae, which involves combos with your hands designated by son kisul (arm techniques).
the kick in this video is called the "tornado kick" 360º kick, niceeee. and for those who think this is difficult......well it's not that difficult, you just need training...it's easy
This is many months late and no one will read it but not true using no hands. Tae (foot) Kwon(fist) Do(the way of) The way of. The way of the foot AND the fist.
for those of you who don't know: this is a tae kwon do match, you can't use your hands, only kicks. Hence why they aren't blocking with their hands or keeping them up in a defensive posture.
