This was the heartbreaking and infuriating moment a bunch of thugs have an illegal street meet crashed their car, which was doing a donut in the middle of the street into an innocent passerby. The mob immediately starts attacking the vehicle, jumping on the hood and smashing the rear window in. Eventually, one of the thugs crawls through the smashed-out rear window and gets the car to stop at which point the first man, who seems to have been the passenger, gets knocked out. The second man, who is mentally disabled cries for his life as the mob calls for him to be dragged out and beaten as well. Show more
