No he was an RAF Squadron Leader. My mother went over on a troopship with my grandmother, got there 1946 and yes, all 3 of them walked about seeing the sights, like people cutting out the metal water pipes that had liquified and flowed into the walls they were fixed to, or just digging for who-knows-what-and-why (apparently there were a lot of aimless diggers at the site for years). About anancephaly, they were getting it in farm animals near the Nevada test sites and they're seeing it a lot in Iraq in areas with lots of DU ordnance debris. But OK, as the M.O.D. and U.K.A.E.U are so keen to point out, stuff like that and cancers etc cannot be conclusively proven to be solely caused by anything. Lucky for them... No need to be sorry about my sister, she was never there anyway. Brainstem only. Nowhere for any consciousness of any kind to sit. 'She' was just an organic machine. They can even have heartbeat and respiration apparently...I think there's one on a lifesupport somewhere in the US whose born-again parents refuse to let it be 'killed'. You know, pablosdog, for what it's worth, I quite like you.
think someone is in need for some new underwear/pants..
good riddance
