That appears to be a counterfeit plastic resin machine. They place cheap regrind recycled plastic material in the hopper and melt it down and repelletize it and call it “virgin” material. Highly deceitful behavior and results in cheap plastic that breaks very easily due to being illicitly made. Turns scrap material into $5/lb product.
