Angra dos Reis. Three men attempted to rob a store, taking an employee hostage. Two were arrested with one shot dead by police.

Bad choices. Prison or dead.
I think it's important in a hostage situation to keep the gun pointed at the hostages head at all times. No point in waving it around in front, that's just gunna get you killed.
