It doesn't seem like the Korean police fuck around. They won't hesitate to kick your ass. That's the way it should be.
That most certainly is Korea. I was stationed there for a year and a half. Camps Carrol and Walker. I have been in Waegwan, Taegu, Pusan, Chejudo, Seoul, Tong du Chong and the DMZ. Those are Korean (Hangul) characters on the building sign. And that, sir, was Korea.
