It was the Ukrainian army that did this.
On March 30, the Russians leave. They don't exist at all in the city. The mayor of the city meets with the population and says everything is fine. After 2 days, the Ukrainians arrive - they clean up the collaborators, take a couple of photos and yell, the Russians did it !!!
Zelensky has one more reason to beg for weapons and show how bad the Russians are
There is fotage of retreating Russian forces with clean roads. And more filmed by locals with 0 bodies .
Katyn was another example of Russians mass killings of prisoners. I am not from Eastern Europe but I spent a lot of time there. The hate against Russians is still profound there
