This looks like it's from the 1995 James Bond movie, "GoldenEye." Bond challenges an evil warlord to drinking 17 cases of Bud Lite. Eventually, the evil warloard drinks so much beer that it starts pouring out of his ears and colors his eyes like beer. Now having to pee, the warlord runs to the bathroom, only to find it locked. His bladder has reached 50 pounds pressure, so he rips his pants down and points his dick out the window.
Then he unleashes a fire-hose like torrent of piss, but it hits a passing sight-seeing bus with gawkers staring out the open windows.
Seeing this entire debacle, Bond elects to forgo the beer and has a martini instead. A young woman, with enormous, firm, braless breasts, begins preparing the drink. Just as she is about to mix it, Bond reminds her, "shaken, not stirred."
