It's a CRAT. A genetic hybrid of a cat and a rat, developed in a sacret lab somewhere in central England. If it breeds too successfully, they just spray a chemical, and the cat and rat genes start attacking each other and it rags the fuck out of itself, thus eliminating the over-population problems experienced with rabbits in Australia.
