thats not slavery, that's europeans when they divided africa for european territorial control after slavery. thats why africans speak european laguages as their main languages, like the hatians speak french (and i know haiti is not in africa). then europeans couldn't afford to control africa no more, as you can see europe today, and they left it cold turkey to the africans to govern themselves which they couldn't do, and that is why Africa is the way it is today, for some reason Africans still cant govern themselves.
