I submitted what I thought was a hilarious video of a man with no shirt and Too Short arms playing the drums on the sidewalk. There was a guy on his left that was getting arrested.
That's not the funny part.
The funny part was that the guy playing the drums was wearing a dinosaur mask. People were giving him money as they walk by and it was almost like he was providing a soundtrack for the guy getting arrested.
But they didn't want the video loaded so oh well.
