Not when the barrel is placed against the soft tissue in the roof of the mouth and a light birdshot is used jayjay . Just enough power to make mush out of the brain and not quite enough to bust through the skull and make a huge mess . There have been occasions when people actually survive attempted suicides with shotguns using birdshot and simply made them a veg with tubes everywhere for the rest of their days .
