    I didn't believe it at first but looking at a Panzerfaust 3 , it's essentially a tank round being fired without a closed breech. So the back blast is fucking huge. Not like a fire and forget LAW .

    The Panzerfaust 3 has minimal backblast due to a recoilless countermass principle, where plastic granulate in the rear of the launch tube minimizes the blast effect, allowing it to be fired from enclosed spaces. Unlike its World War II namesake, the modern Panzerfaust 3 does not produce a dangerous blast that would identify the operator's position or cause injury.
