Is this a reference to the Venezuelan tanker that was spoofing it's location so it can't be detected when it delivers oil to sanctioned countries??

The reason USA will attack Venezuela is that they dared to sell their oil against other currencies than the petro Dollar. Same as Sadam and Gaddafi did. We all know what happens next. But Russia is the bad guy lol
