You can can still bomb military infrastructure. That's ain't gonna stop your enemy deploying dozens or even hundreds of drones each day. The production of drones doesn't require large centralized plants. A workshop here and another there assembling the pieces from China..
All the while US aircraft carrier fleet are deployed far from Hormuz, so they won't be targets. They're actually pretty useless in modern wars, as are tanks.
