Looks like he/she had to use his/her big toe to pull the trigger because of his/her short arms and the long barrel. People do not commit suicide in their normal consciousness, it is the work of the Devil. Even people who are sober and commit suicide, they were not themselves when they pulled the trigger, hanged their selves, or jumped off a bridge.
