I am no expert when it comes to guns or ammunition but I believe this is a misfire? It looks as if the bullet exploded in the chamber when this person fired the gun. This guy could have bough his ammo from a 3rd party and unfortunately it might have been sabotaged ammo used to render a weapon useless after a small explosion when the firing pin hits the primer cap. sabotaged ammo was used during the war in Vietnam. Do some research if you're interested in finding out more because that is pretty much all i know about that topic.
Cylinder "timing" could have been off causing the projectile to lodge with no place for the spent charge to go except out of the top of the cylinder and into the two rounds next to it causing them to fire as well . Regardless , I wouldn't have wanted to be the operator of this weapon when it happened .
