big jeffery , any civilian can buy a supressor or a Mac 10 as long as you don't have a felony conviction or a class C misdomeaner violation which will prohibit you from owning one . There are thousands of Mac 10's out there and I see them in just about every gun show that I go to and I go to at least 2 a month if not more .
