He works at a uranium mine and got it smashed when a stuck pump fell and smashed it between the pump and a pipe. He was rushed to the ER about 30 miles to town where they took to the OR and had to amputated the end of his finger. Of course now it matched the left index finger that he lost the tip to in high school when his friend walked by and bumped his finger into a table saw. Well at least he is symmetrical now!! Show more
