The local California police have arrested the man that was drunk and decided to sleep next to his vehicle. He woke up with the police at his side, as well as tree laying over his vehicle. The police have reported that the man is receiving a DUI because of the fact that the man had his keys at hand and is considered an attempt to drive a vehicle while intoxicated.
