I don't have any details, so I'll just assume something cool happened, like he was getting some road head when a ninja dropped down from a tree on top of his hood and started nunchucking the shit out of his windshield. He swerved in an effort to throw the ninja off, but the ninja used a smoke bomb and disappeared. The driver couldn't see through the smoke and veered off the road, leaving his truck like this.
