Definitely a .308 Caliber Rifle (7.62x51 MM). I grew up with rifles and blowing off heads of animals I hunt. I seen the damage of what high powered rifled can do; blast the whole head off. But with this stupid fuck, he had it aiming too much forward, and he wasn't smart enough to know that he had to aim for his brain stem. To make sure you want a one shot one kill suicide attempt like this, stand the rifle on the floor/ground, sit in a chair, tilt your head forward 45 degrees, and put the barrel in between the chin and the throat right on the soft spot, then press the trigger = no head. He most likely used a .308 FMJ round for this shot, thinking it would blast his head off, dumb ass should have used a Soft Point bullet. Or better yet, he should've used a .270 or a .30-06 with a Soft Point bullet. In my opinion, if you want to go instantly without knowing what hit you, use a .270 with a 150 Grain Soft Point bullet, that will definitely blow your whole head off.
Look on the bright side. Think of all the money this dude's gonna save on Halloween costumes....
