Just the tip
It looks like he had his finger tip reattached at an earlier time previous to this event. Because of this being the second time the ER staff has tried to reattaching his finger tip and it has not had the chance the reestablished regrowth, the ER staff can not tried to reattaching the finger tip because of tissue degeneration.
WTF he stop the bleeding with, hair!?
