@mrdrip Technically no... if the egg is there ...the first sperm to get in is the winner... or maybe loser in this case
If the egg hasn't dropped then the slower which are usually the female sperm will live longer and already be there when the egg drops.
This gaurantees nobody will ask him, if he wants a job.
