At least he was wearing his seatbelt. Seatbelts save lives.

He might have just blown his face off and was able to put the gun down as he bled out? I'd say real but would wonder why it's a picture of a picture... The whole thing does suggest (assuming it's real) that there was "help" of some kind. I want that shotgun.
