This happened near Hays,KS. Apparently the boom was not chained down and came up for some reason, and the driver did not have the proper wide load permits to be hauling anyway.

lets see... your thinkin' a wet back was driving this truck? well lets see.. Commercial Drivers License he would need to have a current health card and an oversize load permit that is routed before the trip. I don't think so! The guy that owns this truck wouldn't let a dip shit mexican drive it, impossible! You people out there that see these truck drivers and play it like they are fools are mostly wrong. Ya quite a few are dipshits, but 110% you will get fucked with and you have to have your papers in order. Or your out! My guess is that nothing other than the magic of David Copperfield made this happen, there is no other explanation. OH Ya.. I hate mexicans and niggers, in general too. have a nice day....
