this is fake as hell, the blood spatter is not consistent with a beating and/or a gun shot. there is no high velocity impact spatter, as there would be from a gun shot. there isnt even medium vis from a beating. its consistent with someone spraying fake blood on the wall and body. Look at all the loops in the blood at the top. thats not from an injury, that looks like someone squirted fake blood out of something with a small nozzle. you can clearly see where they were squirting up and down while moving from side to side, in a circular motion. look at the one on the right by her hand. its a horizontal line with vertical runs coming down from it. and theres one on the left too, a horizontal line of blood. blood doesnt flow horizontally. look at the blood lines on her ass, those were put there when she was still standing. blood doenst flow upwards and sideways.
if she was beaten and/or shot there would be spatter that looks like something exploded. A shot would have made a super fine mist of blood spraying away from the point of impact, a beating would make the same except the spray/blood droplets would be a thicker. these last 2 facts dont prove anything but with all the other evidence they just stand out to me. I dont see any blood on her head or face. thats a lot of blood not to have any on her face. and her face is conveniently out of the water so she can still breathe, plus her hair, wouldnt want to mess up the hair.
they should have put a sponge that was saturated with fake blood on a piece of wood about 6-8 inches above the water and beat it with a bat or something, this would have created a more realistic fake spatter. and skip the spray paint, or at least dont use black and spray perfectly straight lines. use purples browns and blacks, blend the lines out a little from dark to light, im sure there are lots of ways special effects people do their art. i dont know anything about that but i could have done better than this. hell, a golden retriever could have done better than this. dont take my word for it, just look up some real gun shot pics on line. youll see.
