1.Ukraine must never join NATO nor place any weapons on its soil which can be used against Russia.

2. Ukraine must de-Nazify itself.

3. Ukraine must accept the free vote that returned the Crimea to Russia.

4. Ukraine must accept the two eastern regions in Donbass as independent republics.
