Thats one thing about Iron Mike. When he sledgehammered someone, he would back off. A couple of times he tried to help the guy up. He even said he was "thorry"

the van dam kick really annoys me because it is so bad. He dead legs instead of remaining balanced and then his face comes right up so if he missed, an elbow to the head is all it would take. Dead legging is when your kick and then put the foot down on the ground hard, your weight moves forward and you are out of balance. He is just an actor, not a trained fighter.
