Most are wanna be tough guys that don't have the courage to be in the military, or don't want to deploy for extended times, so they put on their green tactical uniforms with lots on nylon straps (fetish), get their high and tight haircut, helmet, M4, and want to play war outnumbering some civilian (who they are supposed to also protect - even from himself) 15:1 that is armed with a small knife and who they are approaching (he's not close to them).
