IF Russia wanted to take Ukraine, it could have done so months ago in a storm.

IF Ukraine wanted to push Russian troops back, it could have done so, because despite of all the money given to Ukraine, there's been NOTHING in that department either. it even help for the civilians, because they are still "fleeing" in millions.
