Spotters in the gym are so useless, they never actually hold the bar or have tension on it. As soon as it drops it’s instantly going to slip from their hands, you see it every time.
I'll never understand why people lift weights heavier than their own body mass, insane and stupid to boot and asking for permanent injuries!!
