Whenever I step into a factory all spinning machines (horizontal or vertical) freak me out. If it can withstand the forces while cutting metal it can easily rip a human body apart without even noticing in power consumption due to the inertia. In some of this countries faking an exam for engineering is routine for some and this is the result, insufficient safety supervision.
