Unbelievable, but in his defense it’s probably fucking loud and unorganized in that factory. He was not trained enough and when two dudes work on a station they both need a switch. I guess normally only one is working the machine and the other was his trainer.
He's going to get called to HR. Probably 10 minutes of additional training.
