I know this video, it was shown in driving school. Filmed in Sweden, the white car hits a body of water and the young driver (male) hadn't invested in a proper set of tires (the white splash at the rear left tire) and lost control...
He had instead opted for a boombox which is seen flung out of the rear window during the crash.
The driver and his friend survived with minor injuries (a few broken bones).
Everyone knows that you don't go speeding past cops on the roadways. They'll shoot your tires out man.
