While this might be 'real' - this kid is already dead before the video starts. Watch how he 'stands' on his knees. His body doesn't move; his head doesn't move. He drops like he's unconscious/dead; and when he falls, he doesn't move At All. Not his leg, not his head. I'm sure it's a real body and possibly someone they may have already killed. But the entire emphasis on making this video is fake - they don't skin your head while you're alive. It's fake
