The dog is NOT for emotional support. Homeless people use dogs as a crutch to get handouts, I can't stand it.
As soon as they get high enough, the dog disappears. I've had a homeless person ask if I wanted a dog outside of a fast food joint, he was literally trying to get me to take the dog so he could go get high. They all need baseball bats to the skull, then be fed to their dog.
