He was zooming out of Kohl's parking lot before sailing into the Hawaii Nail & Spa. In addition to fatalities, 9 more were injured. He pleaded not guilty to a DWI charge and was ordered held on $1 million cash or $2 million bond Schwally is unemployed and lives in hotels after retiring from a job with UPS, the New York Post reported.
