It took two years to fire that pig? Now who's going to fire everyone on the police board that allowed that delay to happen?
How many other people did he treat like this? How many cops know nothing about the 4th Amendment? > 90% I'll bet, or they are actually instructed to ignore it.
And a $20K settlement isn't nearly enough -- that asshole cop should have to pay the guy $100K or more out of his own pocket and then be sent to jail so that the driver's friends there could be just as nice to him as he was to the driver.
A “specimen” indeed.
