Try unlocking the door first.....
Every single one of my cars has a tire changing kit in the trunk. Put the jack under the door. (Ground to door). Then use the L Shaped Socket Wrench which comes with the kit. (It has a wedge on one end.) Use that to separate the door at the bottom corner. Use the jack there.
Most jacks can lift 1.5-2 tons.
