They should IMMEDIATELY ban "petrol" and make cars out of Asbestos.

"Metal/plastic" and ESPECIALLY "petrol" has in the past "burned" very very quickly.

That poor fellow/lady/Them/ who featured in this videotape should have made him/herself /themself an asbestos "suit" if she/he/they KNEW he/they/himself /herself/ was going to take such a risk.
