no break checking at all
Keelung City, Taiwan April 13, 2017-Driver, Zhuang, 62, died after falling 66 feet. Preliminary report blamed speed and it was noted that the emergency brake left a 328 ft skid mark.
well, i guess it was fall into the abyss or get squashed into the bridge pylon coming up.
