Witnesses stated a male, later identified as 24-year-old Jeremiah Bainbridge, was “punching into a car” and appeared to be engaged in an altercation.Shortly thereafter, officers located the suspect vehicle—a white Toyota RAV4—and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle fled, prompting a police pursuit that was eventually discontinued after officers lost sight of the vehicle. Deputies eventually located the white RAV4. Bainbridge told the dispatcher he did not want to go to jail, he was armed with a Glock 19. The dispatcher made 23 requests for him to stop or pull over and 12 requests to slow down. Sergeant Geisel, Deputy Sean Farwell (Kuna Police), and Deputy Vincent Alatorre (Ada County Sheriff’s Office) discharged their weapons, striking him.

Madman fugitive but also extremely incompetent cops, firing wildly while there is heavy traffic in the background. Also bad weapons handling, if someone has a rifle with a scope, holster that sidearm, and let him take the guy out but with single aimed shots, not like here where every cop just unloads like gangbangers in a drive-by. How in the hell that rifle cop misses from that distance, not enough range time or scope is adjusted by an idiot.

Death must be better than jail, which isn't even prison. Dumb choices get awards!
