When you are pulled over do what the officer tells you. If you don't, the actual charge is obstruction of justice. In most states, citizens are required to present identification to a law enforcement officer if asked. Obstruction of justice is also an arrestable offense. This means the officer can and will use any reasonable force neccessary to effect the arrest. She doesn't listen, why fight the woman and risk injury to yourself when you have a trusty taser on your belt.
